Airsoft conversions from .25 gram to .20 gram BBs?

Question by A: Airsoft conversions from .25 gram to .20 gram BBs?
Well, I am joining an airsoft team and their requirements include that ALL guns must be exactly or less than 300 FPS using .25 Gram BBs. My airsoft gun chrono's on average 362 FPS with .20 Gram BBs.

Can someone do the math and tell me the formula to BB conversion and then also tell me the answer to "how much fps is 363 (.2g) using .25g BBs?"
